We have a client who was located 11 floors above street level with no central receptionist.
They needed a wireless intercom that would ring a phone and then, if not answered, would cascade down to another phone, and another, until finally answered.
They also wanted to be able to open the door from any phone from which the call was answered.
The solution – we installed an ACI Farfisa myCom which does exactly as required.
The ACI Farfisa myCom wireless intercom door entry system can be programmed to dial to either landline or mobile phones, for complete wireless control over your gates or door entry.
The myCom wireless intercom entry system comprises just a GSM module, power supply and the option of keypad entry.
All communications are made via the GSM technology, which is all housed in the front call station.
The ACI Farfisa myCom will ring either a fixed or mobile phone and casade down to another phone if not answered. Whatever phone is answered allows that person to open the door. Way cool!
No Ugly Wires
Because it is wireless, and uses the GSM technology, you don’t have to run expensive cables or need a lot of installation time.
Multiple Opening Devices
With a standard intercom you typically have one fixed point that the door can be opened from, but MyCom allows you to have multiple opening devices.
Easy Gate Opening
If you have a gate that is a long way from where it needs to be opened, myCom just requires you to insert a simcard controller into the gate so that when activated, it rings a phone or multiple phones in sequence. Hey Presto! Open Sesame!
MyCom Wireless Intercom Features
- Fixed phoneline or mobile phone number (3 numbers in cascade in case of no answer).
- CLIP function available. It allows caller identification for lock releasing.
- 2 electric lock releases (doors or gates).
- The max number of users is 50.
