Russell Bourhill and Insight EDS have contracted to Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd as our main contractor for all our Electrical and much of our security work throughout the greater Auckland area since 1999.
The scope of work which Russell and his team has undertaken for us has been varied and includes providing total electrical service for new shop builds and refurbishments and security cabling for all of our refurbishments and ongoing maintenance of all of our Auckland shops. Insight also provided and maintains our head office security system which includes security access to all offices.
I have found Russell and his team to be reliable and professional at all times, proactive in recommending cost effective solutions to resolving problems and promoting alternative products which provide improved reliability or cost saving benefits to us. Much of our work is undertaken at night to minimise down time.
