Access Control is the top Technology end users plan to invest in on the latest State of Physical Security Report
In this blog we follow on from last month’s Physical Security Systems – Evolution blog where we looked at how cybersecurity had taken over as the number one challenge to address. In this month’s blog it is interesting to note that even though cybersecurity is the number one challenge, access control security is still the top technology that end users are looking to invest in.
In the survey run by Gentech State of Physical Security Report end users were asked what type of projects they plan to focus on for 2024.
Access Control is still top of the technologies that end users are looking to invest in. Cybersecurity related tools came a close second.
It was interesting to note that traditional physical security projects like access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection still rated high on the survey.
